Arrived before the allocated check in time, and were offered an accessible suite to check straight in to, or we could wait and check in later to our booked suite - as we were only there for 2 days, and wanted to get off exploring we chose the accessible room. Nice large spacious room, with views across towards the SSE arena. We had tea and coffee facilities within the room, plenty of wardrobe space, a table and chair next to large windows and a large wet room as a bathroom (this was because it was an accessibility room). Bed was large and comfortable, although the pillows were quite soft compared to what we had a home - but this is something minor and there are plenty of them so you can just double or treble them up - this is just our own personal preference that we like firmer pillows Wardrobe had bathrobes for us both Plenty of towels in the bathroom Independent air con for the room After check in, we received a text message from reception to check everything was okay for us which it was. Ideally located for all the attractions, and within easy walking distance (4-5 mins tops) to the centre. Approximately 10-15 min walk to the titanic museum Check out was super simple, our flight was later in the afternoon, so they safely stored our 2 cases until we were ready to leave, and prebooked us a taxi to the airport (Belfast international) which cost us around £50, for when we were ready to head off

Absolutely amazing experience throughout! We arrived very early and our room wasn’t yet available but there was an upgrade available for an extra £50 to an executive room. Considering our breakfast wasn’t originally included, we accepted. If you’re in the position to do so, I highly recommend the executive experience. The room was immaculate with a fantastic view of Belfast. Also included a Nespresso machine. We got access to the executive lounge which is a very reasonable perk for the price you’re paying. You get access to complimentary drinks (including alcohol), canapés and had a very cosy vibe. It seemed quite a few residents staying availed of this option. In the evening there was one girl working in there, fantastic worker, constantly replenishing everything and very friendly. All staff were very accommodating and polite, perfect hospitality manners. Amazing selection for breakfast and dinner was lovely. Hotel is also very central in Belfast, just 10 minute walk to the shops and a 2 minute walk from the train station. Ideal hotel for those travelling from Donegal/Derry by train. Overall an amazing experience and would definitely stay again when returning to Belfast.

The location is perfect for visitors, located in the centre of the city, only a few mins walking distance from the iconic attractions the City Hall, St George's Market, the Crown Bar, Titanic and the high street with lots of shops and restaurants. Also it is close to the river with a stunning view. Walking along the river to the Titanic and SS Nomadic is just beautiful. There is a train station across the road where you can take trains to travel to elsewhere. The environment and facilities are great, the reception staff are very nice, very friendly, and professional. They responded to my queries promptly and professionally. The surrounding area seems offices, nice and quiet, great for those travel for business.

The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and my shower was nice and hot. The desk was perfect for working on my laptop, having my breakfast in the room and packing my case when I was leaving. The temperature throughout the hotel was very comfortable and the lobby was kept clean despite the very wet weather outside. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They organized my taxis to and from the hotel and put the TV on the right channel for my partner when he wanted to watch some sport. We stayed in Executive Room 1111.

Sharon

The staff were great. Lyle Marie helped us check in and she kindly upgraded our room on arrival, made us extremely happy. The room was perfect, the double bed was massive, and we had a lovely lake view. Great shower products as well. The room and the entire hotel was very clean. The breakfast was incredible, not big variety but great quality. The bar no. 4 was also great, hard working staff. Overall elegant hotel would definitely stay.
